The fifth meeting is held in Warsaw, Poland in 10 - 11 July 2017.
The fourth meeting is held in Sofia, Bulgaria in 16 - 17 March 2017.
The third meeting was held in 20 - 21 October 2016 in Budapest. In this meeting Medical University of Warsaw presented the results of first Work Package-1 (WP-1) activity, which includeed needs analysis and stakeholder surveys. ELTE and the University of Liverpool shared the progresses in the WP-2 activity, which is determining of the courses/course contents of the joint master's program in the field of Heath Technology Assessment. In addition, Medical University of Sofia presented the current activities and future plan in the WP-3. Hacettepe University shared the second year’s schedule and timeline and requiring revisions were done together. The meeting also welcomed the University of Athens as a new partner in the joint curriculum studies.
The second kick-off meeting was held in 11 - 12 January 2016 in Ankara with the participation of all consortium members actively. In this meeting Hacettepe University introduced all project activities and presented the detailed plan of the first work package (WP-1). The leading role of consortium members in either work package was determined according to the capacity, potency and willingness of institutions, and responsibilities were re-distributed with their approval. The time frame for the whole project was reviewed together. The consortium agreed upon completing the project activities in time as written in the original project proposal. Hacettepe University explained the project management and monitoring strategy to consortium members.
The first meeting was the preparatory meeting held in 11 - 12 November 2015 in Ankara with the participation of ELTE (Hungary), Medical University of Sofia (Bulgaria), the University of Liverpool (UK) actively, and Medical University of Warsaw (Poland) through tele-conference. In this meeting, Hacettepe University introduced itself to the consortium members and informed them about the project goal and objectives basically. Every consortium member also introduced its academic institution to other partners, and shared its opinions and expectations about the project. The meeting was especially important for Hacettepe University in terms of gaining all partners’ trust for its coordinating role in the project.
